Prototype body design of Wolf AirMask by SPARX3D for advanced ion-based air purification

Wolf Air Mask – Wolfprotektion

SPARX3D developed the prototype body design and PCB for the Wolf AirMask, a real-time air purification device. Using ion-based sterilization, it emits 100 trillion negative ions/sec to neutralize pathogens over 1000 sq ft. Certified by Rajiv Gandhi Center for Biotechnology and Dubai Central Lab, it offers plug-and-play, maintenance-free operation.
The Wolf Airmask has seen widespread adoption across India and the Middle East, with installations in PVR theaters, hospitals, offices, educational institutions, and homes.

Medimix – Bottle Design (Ava Cholayil Pvt Ltd)

Since 2021, SPARX3D has collaborated with Medimix, designing a range of customized bottles and hair applicators. Our focus was on creating ergonomic, attractive, and functional packaging that matched their brand evolution.

AI-Based Material Detector – OmniSecure

We designed a compact device that detects specific materials from a distance using AI. A YOLO-based model was trained for fast, accurate identification without direct contact, ensuring high-speed operation with minimal hardware load.

Freezefast IoT Boards

We prototyped and manufactured IoT-enabled boards for Freezefast’s factory automation and GPS tracking systems. Active since 2021, our custom solutions helped enhance their industrial monitoring and operational efficiency.

Eliyaana – Reception Robot

Eliyaana was an ambitious receptionist robot developed in 2019. SPARX3D handled full 3D mechanical design and actuator planning, setting the groundwork for AI-driven service robots before the pandemic halted its launch.

Sancare - Automatic Sanitizer Dispenser

Sancare – Covid-19 Innovation. In response to the pandemic, we built a durable PIC-based automatic sanitizer dispenser system. Over 1000 units were deployed across Kerala’s High Court, hospitals, offices, and homes — all designed, prototyped, and manufactured in-house.

Lisrub – Sanitizer Holder for Lisie Hospital

Lisie Hospital, Ernakulam tasked us with designing a simple, durable sanitizer holder during Covid. After prototyping and approvals, we injection-molded 2000+ units, which are still in active use across their facilities today.

Light-Based Material Detector - OmniSecure

We engineered a specialized device to detect unique materials under specific laser excitation. The system could sense even faint emissions, enabling highly accurate non-contact material identification. 

Electric Water Ski Prototype

We were engaged to design and prototype a fully electric-powered water ski board. All structural, mechanical, and ergonomic designs were developed internally, showcasing rapid prototyping capabilities for marine innovation.
